Cynthia Cates, L.Ac.

Cynthia Cates is a licensed acupuncturist with the State of California and Idaho and is nationally certified as a Diplomate of Oriental Medicine by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.  As a child she was drawn to healing though her grandparents.  Her grandfather was an herbalist and practiced Zone Therapy in the 1950s.

Cynthia received her Master's of Science Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in San Francisco, CA.  She has been in the healing arts since 1997.  Prior to becoming an Acupuncturist Cynthia was a CMT (massage therapist) and operated HeartLight Massage in Fair Oaks Village.

When she's not caring for patients, Cynthia enjoys gardening, grandchildren and  everything that makes her heart sing.

Vicki Imhoff is a Nationally Board Certified State Licensed Massage Therapist is the owner of Body Massage by Vicki.  She studied at Milan Institute and specializes in integrated massage techniques for relaxation and pain management.  She gives deep, firm pressure.  Come enjoy a GREAT massage!

Joanna Downer, Licensed Massage Therapist

Joanna completed massage school at Milan Institute in Nampa Idaho,  and also has an Associate's of Social Science from Boise State University. She is a mother, military wife, avid gardener, care giver, and devoted advocate of volunteer work. Her passion for massage therapy stems from years of exposure and involvement with individuals that needed compassionate connection, positive human touch, and alternate methods of wellness and healing.  She is well versed in a variety of massage modalities and enjoys the restorative aspects of her work. Her approach to bodywork is integrated with slow deep tissue, soothing swedish, and trigger point therapy, coupled with client education using current technology. Her goal with each client is to provide individualized treatments, provide relief and restoration, while empowering each client on their journey to full body wellness.

It is her mission with Kindred Therapeutic Massage, to treat her clients with the same quality of care that she gives her own family. She prides herself with providing an atmosphere of safety, comfort, care, and healing, while alleviating pain, reducing stress, and balancing lives by tailoring individualized treatments to my unique clientele.
