Come join us for an introductory course in Yang Style (short form, 1st 3rd) and Qi Gong in the park!
The health benefits of this ancient martial art form used in traditional Chinese medicine are: boost one's immune system, improve ROM (range of motion), improve energy, help with sleep, relieve chronic pain and arthritis, as well as many other benefits.
You can pay online with a credit card (click here) and choose either once or twice a week options, or in pay in person at the clinic. Cash only for drop-ins ($20.00 a drop-in class).
This class will be held every Tuesday and Thursday evening from 7:15pm-8pm.

Don’t know what to wear or bring for the first class? If you paid online, no payment required! If you will be “dropping in,” cash only payments are accepted ($20 for a drop in class).
Attire: Please wear loose-fitting pants or shorts (i.e. yoga pants or pants or shorts that allow you to easily bend your knees or touch your toes). Wear comfortable shoes or once you arrive, no shoes at all). Your top should allow your arms to bend freely and allow you to turn side-to-side without impingement or tightness.
