This class is a FREE introductory class on the history and concepts of Tai Chi and Medical Qi Gong. It can also help you decide if you would like to join the group classes (starting in May, 2018) being held 1-2 times a week, where Dr. Ro will instruct students on Yang style (short form).
This class will also discuss the health benefits of this ancient martial art form used in traditional Chinese medicine to boost one's immune system, improve ROM (range of motion), improve energy, help with sleep, relieve chronic pain and arthritis, as well as many other benefits.
